Stars

Rivals is supposed to be updating their stars and ratings today. Could not be out until tomorrow or Wednesday. I will post them as they come out.

    Yall were talking about howards offers below. I heard he was committing today so I googled "dj howard rivals" it took me to bamronline. UAT did infact offer him according to their own site last night.Thats why I hate them so much! They act like they dont offer kids that dont choose them. We all know they get 28 signatures, are we really expected to believe they only offer 28 kids? If there really are any uat lerkers here, I hope yall go 0-12! Go to hell Alabama!

    OT Shon Coleman should be a 4star. He is #27 OT and rivals cut off the 4star at #26. Maybe because he played guard last year and not tackle. But Im saying this kid will be special, not too many 11th graders that are 6'7 and 280lbs of muscle, there is little to no fat on this kid. No where near the ammount that a normal tackle carries. Jake Holland should also be a 4 star. The #9 MLB in the nation is not one of the top 200 players in the nation?

    Curry will be a 3star. That is why the rankings are fake. If a kid has a couple of offers then he is a 3star. Bolomono will be a 3star, as will Parkey. No kicker ever gets above a 3star rating.
    Im signing this so I can say that Im right tomorrow.

    I'm curious if they rank bama's kicker ahead of Parkey even though at the camp Parkey was by far the best kicker.

    They originally posted kicker rankings and then pulled them down. Bama's kicker was ranked ahead of Parkey. Sailer ranks Foster the 6th best kicker and Parkey number one. The guys who make the rankings on Rivals said they are well aware of how Sailer feels now though and that he "may be the best" kicker Sailer has had. Also, Scout ranked Parkey a four star but I am pretty sure the Rivals guys said no kicker was higher than 3 stars...

    Kind of strange that they don't rank kickers higher than 3 stars considering how much scoring can be generated by a good kicker.

    Some Qb's and TE's have 2* rating. I don't think those were there before, but then again I check them the least.

    Rivals is nothing but a bunch of "jock sniffer" wanna be's. They do however make tons of money off of suckers. I know because I once was one of them. For every 5* success there are as many bust. The same can be said of 1,2,3,4 stars as well. "If only you could look into their heart." Shug Jordan

    What do you think DJ Howard would have been ranked had he commited to the turds? I know this kid and spoke with him today, he told me Alabama did offer him (and he is a long time Alabama fan) but said Auburn just felt right for him and Alabama did not.
