  2. Beav,
You are SERIOUSLY ruining ALOT of people's day/week/month right now!!!

I know you said you heard this on Rival's, but c'mon...give us something else! Details?

Was this an exact quote from them both?

P.S. Not mad at you, actually want to thank you for what you do, this has just been an emotional freaking roller coaster!
Do you think the Baylor coaches had anything to do with this?
Is Lache still going to LSU?

    I'M DYING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Seastrunk-LSU lock now which means Trovon Reed-LSU lock. Ahmad Dixon-Wont end up leaving baylor. Just my 2 cents.

  6. In Weekly Whispers on Rivals, Mike Farrell said he thinks there is a chance Dyer commits to Auburn this weekend...I hope that helps everyones day! ha

  7. Wait a minute, we ARE having more recruits in next weekend! Maybe Lache is being smart and wants to wait till then when Dixon and Reed both can definately come with him! OK, now I feel better. Sorry for the freak out, Beav! You da man! Still would love to know details for sure!

  9. There is an account that I have read of an interview at the Texas 7 on 7 for which Seastrunk was dressed in Auburn, LSU and USC. Most of you have probably seen it, but I'll mention t anyway. He is quoted as saying, “I’ve got a plan and all I can tell you is it’s super funny,” he said.

He may just be playing with a few teams to have a laugh. I hope Auburn is not one of the teams he is playing, but if that is the case there is not much that can be done. Worst case scenario he is screwing everyone over and ends up at Alabama.

  10. We are having some recruits this weekend & some next weekend. IMO the "BIG EVENT" that the coaches were talking about was supposed take place this weekend & some of the "BIG" recruits just couldn't make it. So instead they are splittin it up. Won't be the "blowout" as expected, but the goal is to try & get them all on campus, & that's what they're doing!

    WAR EAGLE!!!

  11. Yeah, it sucks they can't make it, but let's try to keep this in perspective. It's about a 13 hour drive from Temple, Texas to Auburn. It's not something you just up and do on a weekend. Maybe they'll reschedule for next weekend. Maybe this is the joke he's talking about and he'll be there after all. Just be patient folks, there's a long time until signing day and I have no doubt these coaches are working their tails off to get these kids to end up at Auburn.

  12. I wouldn't even worry about them not coming this weekend. They may have had something come up. Lache will be back for a visit soon and plus Dyer may commit this weekend which will be a big plus.

  13. I thought this was to be the "stars and stripes" week-end. Beginning to possibly look like the clouds and rain week-end. Hope I'm dead wrong.

  14. The "Stars and Stripes" name was made up by some jackass bama fan that posted a fake article on bleacher report. The double digit commits was him too.

Trooper Taylor did say we'd have a big weekend or two during the month of July and it looks like this weekend and next weekend might be it. I think they may have scaled back on the media attention due to the possible secondary violations issues at BCW, but we've got plenty of great players coming in this weekend, and I think we'll have some great guys come in next weekend as well.

Not sure if we'll have a bunch of commits or not, but some of you folks need to calm down. They're doing a good job and we've got a long ways until signing day. Recruiting is a marathon, it's not a sprint.
