- Today the Major League Baseball draft begins and runs through Thursday. Brandon Jacobs is likely to be drafted and Clint Moseley is a possibility. Jacobs has visited the Red Sox, Yankees, Royals and Brewers. He has been projected to go in the 3rd through the 6th round. The draft just began with Stephen Stasburg going first overall.
- Anthony Williams said he did not want to name a top school right now but that he really likes Auburn right now. He will make a decision in the fall.
- Athlete Sam Gibson committed to LSU.
