- Peachtree Ridge won the passing camp today over John Carroll, 28-26.
- Peachtree Ridge's top player, Bradley Roby, picked up an offer from the Tigers today and now considers them one of his top teams. He is a three star WR/CB who also has offers from Ole Miss, West Virginia and South Carolina, among others.
- Jawara White visited today. We will likely hear more about that later on today.

Beaver have you heard anything about Ronald Powell? I know Luper is recruiting him out of California. I know it will be hard to get him out of that state.
ReplyDeleteI don't know about that because, off the top of my head, I remember him absolutely loving the SEC. His top five are USC, Florida, Oklahoma, Washington and Arizona. I am pretty sure he grew up an Auburn fan actually but I feel like if he will leave the state, he will go to Florida. I just have not seen a ton on him that is Auburn-related so I guess we will have to wait and see.

ReplyDeleteBeav, sorry off topic, but I read somewhere that Roby may have committed today. Know anything about it? Also, have you heard anything about Corey Grant? I would hate to lose one so close to home. I heard, and I hope the hell not, but that he is an shithouse lean, know anything?
ReplyDeleteWhere did you hear about Roby? I have not heard anything like that but I would not know at all. He very well could have. And about Grant...I just do not have a good feeling about him. I feel like we are definitely in his top 3 or so but I just do not feel very positive about landing him. He will make his decision this summer so I guess we will find out soon but I feel like he is leaning towards Tuscaloosa...He claims to be open though..

ReplyDeleteWell he got an offer but that don't mean he's gonna commit right away. I just wish Seastrunk would commit and get us rolling along. I just have a feeling that we have some silent commits now but the coaches will encourage them to come out a few at a time to get the publicity we need! :) You agree Beaver? ReplyDeleteI have a feeling we'll get Corey Grant in the end. If you're Grant, how could you pass up the opportunity to play in your own backyard for an offensive guru like Gus Malazhan??? It's a one way ticket to the League! It doesn't make sense for him to go to Turdville. I think we'll pull off a late summer surprise with him in a couple of months.
