unrelated to LaMichael Fanning, but read this comment on the Sporting News website on an article about Lache Seastrunk, thought it was pretty awesome:

Being a Texas guy I would love to see Seastrunk stay in state. However, with that said....Auburn has a long & rich tradition for running backs and defense. They are Running Back U.....and as a longhorn alum I will agree to that. Chizik is one of the top defensive minds in the country and just hired the top offensive coordinator in Gus Malzahn.....and I have a funny feeling that Auburn will be back on top of the SEC very soon. Honestly, I could see Seastrunk being a Heisman contender in Malzahn's offense. We wouldn't get to fully utilize Seastrunks skills in our offense at UT......and LSU is a good program, but not known for running backs at all.

Forget Auburn, Texas and LSU.....Seastrunk needs to become a Florida Gator...the next Percy! If Seastrunk visits Auburn on gameday and witnesses the Tiger Walk and the War Eagle traditions I think he will end his recruitment. I was in Auburn for the Florida Game a few years back when the tigers beat us and I must say that campus is beautiful and seeing the tigerwalk and war eagle was a sight to see. The atmosphere is just electric....hard to explain. Apparently, the tigerwalk began at Auburn and all of the other colleges had to copy. We have our own traditions at the swamp! I have been to LSU and that place is awful....the campus literally has a smell....yes thats right it stinks! Auburn is known for being a running back factory for the NFL....so I can see why Seastrunk has Auburn high on his list.
Wow... I'm touched by those statements, and I don't mean touched like your uncle does when he's keeping you while your parents are at work over the summer and he tells you "now don't tell anyone" but touched like seeing a plastic bag beign carried by a gust of wing.. you know "the most beautiful thing you'll ever see" kind of touched
6-6 272!!! He's a bigun! Somebody send The Roc over to talk to this young man about an exciting career in Orange and Blue.
