A Few Notes From Practice

i hope it's alright that i'm sneaky rooting for Caudle. he had so much potential as a recruit, it would be awesome to see that potential explode with results. my #2 would be Kodi. i'll leave it to the coaches though, i'm sure they're being objective - best man for the job.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see Anthony Gulley might bring something to the table. No one's talking about him.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm not excited about Kodi in the wildcat... his mobility is way over-rated. This also might be a sign that his stock is down for the starting job, like they're finding something for him to do since he won't be that involved in the regular offense. Just speculating.
Kodi Burns highlights start at 2:48, good video though.

Beaver...I need some more updates. Practice, recruiting anything.
ReplyDeleteReports are coming out that as many as 4 freshman wide outs could play this year. No more info on the QB's as far as what I have read, but tons of more praise on Ontario McCaleb (however you spell his name).
ReplyDeletesounds like we're finally finding depth at a position CTT and co. have completely ignored the past 5 years in WR. between last year's class and this coming class athletic WRs will be commonplace at AU. now we just need to decide on a QB to throw to them...
