"He says the academic issue that held him out of spring is ongoing even though he got his degree this summer."
ReplyDeleteHuh??? How can there be an academic issue if he's already graduated?
Not sure...that is what I am confused about also...
ReplyDeletehe must be doing grad work to be eligible to play this fall, right? maybe he's having trouble with grad classes.
ReplyDeleteJay Tate says Phillips did participate in some drills today. No other details from him.
ReplyDeleteWell if he would have to be in grad school he may be having some problems getting that set up. Also it may be that he has not done well enough to graduate within a major but has still met a graduation requirement for a less specific degree. I have a high school buddy who was at Auburn with me that was in engineering courses and failed to reach graduation status for engineering but accepted a diploma in applied sciences or something to that affect. It really isnt as outlandish as it sounds
