Rumors are swirling that the number one overall player in the nation, Wichita, KS running back Bryce Brown, may join in next weekend's visits. Brown is currently committed to Miami (FL) but is considered a soft verbal.
Brown hosted Auburn coaches earlier this week. Brown has also taken official visits to Missouri (10/24/08), Oregon (11/7/08) and Clemson (11/28/08). Brown is considered a longshot for Auburn.
Last year, Brown was the only junior to be named to Parade Magazine's All-American Team. He is the unanimous top runningback in the nation. Former number one overall player Rueben Randle will also visit the weekend of the 30th.
Brown almost has offers from every school. Rivals and Scout offers from Miami, Oregon, Auburn, Kansas State, Tennessee, USC, Clemson, and Missouri.
Again, this is a rumor from Rivals.
