According to Scout.com, Auburn has picked up its 25th commitment for the 2009 class in five star athlete Demond Washington. The Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College corner changed his commitment today from Ole Miss.

Washington initially was committed to Ole Miss and recently said that following a visit he would most likely change his commitment. He is a five star on Scout and a three star on Rivals. Washington is originally from near by Tallassee High School.

This is another huge pick up for Chizik and staff. Washington also had offers from Louisville, Memphis, Minnesota and Southern Miss. Washington is also the fastest current commit, at a 4.3 40.
