I know its early and we recruit guys that fit into our system, but how come the turds have offered most of these guys and we've only offered a handful of them? It seems like kids want teams to start courting them sooner and sooner these days, and the best teams/recruiters seem to find the 5* guys early and jump on them! Although I'm VERY impressed with this staffs recruiting ability, I still think we have room for improvement.
