Burgess To Walk On, King's Coach Speaks

Vestavia Hills lineman Blake Burgess will walk on at Auburn. He played center in high school. The 6'4" 260 lb. lineman visited Clemson this weekend.

A Melrose High School (Memphis, TN) assistant coach has spoken up about where he think three star linebacker Greg King plans to sign. He tells Auburn Undercover that he expects King will sign with Tennessee.

This is another big blow to Auburn's linebacker recruiting. After James Willis left, Auburn has been unsuccessful in getting linebacker commitments. Jonathan Atchison says he will sign with Alabama and Joel Kight committed to Ole Miss last night. If this coach is right, Auburn only has one last linebacker prospect, Tana Patrick, who is a longshot.
