  1. I believe that this game (the way it was played) will result in several more top commits soon. I know they had to be impressed with the atmosphere, the spirit, and the tenacity of this team and had to see that they're needed.

  2. Mosely is still 50/50 but said Auburn made a giant step in terms of his recruitment. I belive he is still a bammer lean and wants to go there but knows he can play early at Auburn. So we'll have to see which wins out.

  4. I don't understand these kids who hold out to the last minute. If you know where you're going.......commit!

  5. Sometimes the coaching staff asks them to hold out. Imagine if Auburn finished up its class by the end of December and it was an awesome class. And then we wait a month and everyone signs as planned. Signing day would be a little bit of a non-event if all goes as we thought it would. But what if Seastrunk is already committed, but he doesn't announce until signing day. We'd all be going crazy and the recruiting services would make a big deal out of it. The longer we are forced to wait, the more excited we will be when it happens. As for the "why don't they commit so we can get some momentum" argument, that is just silly. The recruits know who is in and who isn't. The coaches have already told the recruits what they need to know to make a decision. Its just you and me that are being jerked around... and we only matter on Feb 4th or whenever it is. Thats when PR will be most critical, so the staff will make sure that's a big day spin-wize.
