Driskel To Florida

Top quarterback target Jeff Driskel has committed to the Florida Gators. This leaves C.J. Uzomah, Kiehl Frazier and Christian LeMay as the top quarterback prospects for the Tigers in 2011.

    Whose top QB target was he? Don't think AU had really been chasing him which makes me believe that one of the other three is a more certain commitment.

    kid grows up an Auburn fan and we don't get him? maybe we want uzomah, lemay or frazier more and weren't fighting like crazy for him? who knows.

    i saw that coming a mile away. he's the perfect fit for the Urban Meyer offense and i'm sure he was sold the next Tebow tag.

    Driskel was always the first choice of this staff. Florida pressed him hard and pulled out all of the stops to get him,meets with Tebow,Leak,holding the NC trophys etc... The only other coach he called after his decision was Malzahn.He would have been great for AU,but hopefully it works out.
